To pay approved payslips
- Select “Payroll” from the navigation menu.
- Select “Pay Runs“.
- Click the pay run you wish to pay.
- Click the button “Pay“.
- Input the Pay Run Payment Information
- Treasury/ Bank Account: Select the treasury or bank account you wish to pay from.
- Payment Date: Select the payment date using the calendar icon. The default is the current date.
- Note: Add any related notes.
- Select either “Pay Approved Payslips” or “Pay Selected Payslips” using the radio button.
- “Pay Approved Payslips“: to pay all approved payslips.
- “Pay Selected Payslips“: to pay selected payslips.
- Select the payslips by clicking the “Selected Payslips” field and selecting from the drop-down menu.
- Find the “Net Total” to be paid calculated at the top left based on your previous selection.
- Click the button “Pay” once done.
