To manage general client settings
- Select “Clients” from the navigation menu.
- Select “Client Settings“.
- Click the card “General“.
- Adjust “Client Settings” as required.
- Client Type: Select the Client Type you wish to be allowed on the system using the drop-down menu from
- Business Only
- Individual Only
- Both
- Client Type: Select the Client Type you wish to be allowed on the system using the drop-down menu from
- Manage “Client’s Extra Fields” as required.
- Check or uncheck the checkboxes according to your required extra fields in clients’ files from
- Photo
- Gender
- Birth Date
- Map Location
- Opening Balance
- Credit Limit
- Credit Period Limit
- National ID
- Multiple Addresses
- Check or uncheck the checkboxes according to your required extra fields in clients’ files from
- Click “Save“.
