Getting an error message if you’re an Outlook user means Outlook has blocked outside SMTP connection for security.
To enable access:
- Go to https://account.live.com/Activity
- Sign in to your Outlook account.
- A page appears with your recent activity on your account, including the SMTP blocking.
- Click “This was me” to authenticate your activity.
- Go back to Enerpize’s SMTP Settings and Click “Save” again.
- Your SMTP will be enabled successfully and you will receive a test email from Enerpize for confirmation.
