After enabling the estimates manual statuses from the General Invoice / Estimate Settings in the Sales Settings. , you can add and make changes to statuses by following the following steps:
- Click on “Sales” from the main menu.
- Click on “Sales Settings.”
- Click on the “Estimates Statuses” tab.
- On the editing page, you can change the name and color of each status.
- Click the “Delete” button to remove a status from the list.
- Click the “Add New Status” button to add a new status to the list.
- Click the “Save” button to save the changes made to the status list.
