Actions on Attendance Sheets

Actions on Attendance Sheets include

* An Attendance Sheet status remains “Pending” until it is approved, undoing approval returns status back to “Pending”.

Select “Attendance” from the navigation menu.
Select “Attendance Sheets“.
Select the attendance sheet you wish to approve by check-marking it.
- You can select one, multiple or select all by clicking the check-mark box next to the button “Actions”.
Click the button “Actions” and select “Approve“.
- To Undo Approval
  1. Click the attendance sheet you wish to undo approval of.
  2. Click the button “Undo Approval“.
    - Status returns back to “Pending“.

Select “Attendance” from the navigation menu.
Select “Attendance Sheets“.
Select the attendance sheet you wish to delete by check-marking it.
- You can select one, multiple or select all by clicking the check-mark box next to the button Actions.
Click the button “Actions” and select “Delete“.
- Note that you cannot delete approved sheets.

Select “Attendance” from the navigation menu.
Select “Attendance Sheets“.
Select the attendance sheet you wish to export.
Click the button “Export“.
Select or unselect the fields you wish to be exported using the checkboxes.
Click “Export” once done.
- A .CSV file of the employees’ attendance days in the sheet will download.
