Actions on a user's profile
- Select “Employees” from the navigation menu.
- Select “Manage Employees“.
- Select the user’s profile you wish to perform an action on.
- You can
- View the tabs
- Details: The employee’s details including general, personal, contact and job information.
- Contracts: The employee’s contracts.
- Activity Log: The activity log related to the employee’s interactions.
- Edit the employee’s details
- Click the button “Edit“.
- Perform the needed edits.
- Click “Save” once you’re done.
- Delete the employee
- Click the button “Delete“.
- Answer the confirmation message with “Yes” to confirm or “No” to cancel.

- Add notes/ attachments
- Click the button “Add Notes/ Attachments“.
- Input the
- Date: The default is the current date.
- Time: The default is the current time.
- Actions Performed: Select the action performed.
- Click “Edit Actions List” to add a new action or edit an existing one using the widget.
- Update Status To: Select the status of the performed action.
- Click “Edit Statuses List” to add a new status and customize its color, or edit an existing one using the widget.
- Type “Notes“.
- Upload or drag and drop “Attachments“.
- Click “Save” once done.
- Mark as Inactive
- Mark the employee as inactive without having to delete the profile.
- Click the button “Mark as Active” to re-activate.
- Mark the employee as inactive without having to delete the profile.
- Send Login Details
- Email the employee-user their login details using the email address input in their profile, to allow them access to the system.
- The system sends an initial randomly generated password that the employee can then change.
- Use “Roles” to determine who accesses what, for more information, please check the tutorial “Adding an Employee Role“.

- Change Password
- Apart from the users themselves having access to change their own passwords, you can change users’ login password as an admin.
- Click the button “Change Password“.
- Input the “New Password” and a second time to “Confirm Password“.
- Click “Save” once done.
