To add a new client to the CRM database
- Select “Clients” from the navigation menu.
- Select “Add New Client”.
- Input the client’s information
- Client Details
- Client Type: Click the radio button “Individual” or “Business” according to the client type.
- Individual: Select in case the client does not represent an Organization, Company or Corporate.
- Business: Select in case the client represents an Organization, Company or Corporate. <Here, you will add more information such as the C.R and Tax ID>
- Full name/Business name: Input the full name of the client.
- Last name
- Telephone: Add the client’s telephone number.
- Mobile: Add the client’s mobile number.
- Street Address 1: Input the main street address of the client.
- Street Address 2: {Optional} Input a second address of the client.
- City: Input the client’s city of residence.
- State: Input the client’s state of residence.
- Postal Code: Input the client’s postal code.
- Country: Input the client’s country of residence.
- C.R. (In case of business clients): {Optional} Input the client’s Commercial Record.
- Tax ID (In case of business clients): {Optional} Input the client’s Tax ID
- “Add Secondary Address“ Checkbox: Check to add a secondary address of the client and input its information.
- Add more contacts: Click the button to add another contact related to the client.
- Client Type: Click the radio button “Individual” or “Business” according to the client type.
- Account Details
- Code number: A sequential, unique auto-number of the client.
- Invoicing Method: Select “Send via Email” to send the invoice to the client and receive payment online, or “Print (Offline)” otherwise using the drop-down menu.
- Currency: Select the desired currency of transactions between you and the client.
- Email: Input the Email address of the client.
- Category: Input a client category or select from previously set categories using the drop-down menu.
- Categorizing clients assist with organizing as well as filtration in reports and clients list.
- Notes: Add related notes as needed.
- Display language: Select the display language of your client’s account.
- Client Details
- Click “Save“.
- Note that you can show or hide extra fields and customize your own fields.
