To Add An Outbound Requisition Manually
- Select “Inventory” from the navigation menu.
- Select “Manage Requisitions“.
- Click the button “Add“.
- Select “Manual Outbound” using the drop-down menu.
- Input the requisition information
- Date: Set as the current date by default.
- Input the requisition’s inventory information
- Warehouse: Select the warehouse you wish to take the stock out from using the drop-down menu.
- Note that there has to be more than one warehouse registered for this option to appear. For more information, please refer to the tutorial “Adding a Warehouse“.
- Warehouse: Select the warehouse you wish to take the stock out from using the drop-down menu.
- Input the requisition’s other information
- Journal Account: {Optional} Select the journal account to manage the requisition’s financial transactions using the drop-down menu.
- Notes: Add related notes as required.
- Input the item(s) details to be added
- Items: Select the item to be taken out of the warehouse using the drop-down menu of pre-added products.

- Unit Price: Input the item’s unit price.
- Note that the unit price is added by default in case it has been pre-added in the product’s file.
- Quantity: Input the stock quantity to be taken out of the warehouse.
- Stock on Hand: An automatic computation of the product’s stock before detracting the specified quantity.
- New Stock on Hand: An automatic computation of the product’s stock after detracting the specified quantity.
- Total: The total price of the product.

- Click the button “Add New Line” in case you wish to add another product/ detracted quantity.

- Items: Select the item to be taken out of the warehouse using the drop-down menu of pre-added products.
- Click “Confirm“.
