About Client Permissions
“Client Permissions” enable you to allow or restrict client actions at their end using their own client portal including access to the portal online or specific actions.
Actions include
- Enabling Client Registration
- Viewing their Profile
- Editing their Profile
- Viewing Shared Notes/ Attachments
- Viewing and Paying Invoices
- Viewing and Approving Estimates
- Viewing Work Orders
- Viewing scheduled Appointments
- Disabling Booking
- Disabling Booking Cancellation
To adjust Client Permissions
- Select “Clients” from the navigation menu.
- Select “Client Settings“.
- Click the card “Client Permissions“.
- Adjust “Client Settings” as required.
- “Disable Client Online Access” Checkbox: Check to disable client access to their portal.
- Adjust client settings by checking or unchecking the actions as required, in case the previous checkbox is unchecked (i.e. Client Portal Access is allowed)
- “Enable Client Registration” Checkbox: Check to allow client registration with their login credentials.

- “View Profile” Checkbox: Check to allow the client to view their profile.
- “Edit Profile” Checkbox: Check to allow the client to edit their profile.
- “View Shared Notes/ Attachments” Checkbox: Check to allow clients to view notes and attachments shared with them.

- “View and Pay Invoices” Checkbox: Check to allow clients to view and pay their own invoices online.

- “View and Approve Estimates” Checkbox: Check to allow clients to view and approve estimates sent to them online.
- “View Work Orders” Checkbox: Check to allow clients to view their assigned work orders.
- “View Appointments” Checkbox: Check to allow clients to view appointments scheduled with them.

- “Disable Booking” Checkbox: Check to disable client booking requests.
- “Disable Booking Cancellation” Checkbox: Check to disable client booking request cancellation.

- Click “Save“.
