To add a warehouse
- Select “Inventory” from the navigation menu.
- Select “Warehouses“.
- Click the button “New Warehouse“.
- Input the warehouse information
- Name: Input the name of the warehouse.
- Shipping Address: Input the address of the warehouse.
- “Active” Checkbox: Check to activate the warehouse, uncheck to deactivate it.
- “Primary” Checkbox: Check to assign the warehouse as a primary warehouse on the account.
- Adjust the warehouse “Permissions” as required
- View: Assign the View warehouse permission by selection using the drop-down menu; assigned “Everyone” by default.
- Specific Staff Members: Select one or more staff members by checking the checkbox next to their name using the drop-down menu.
- Specific Roles: Select one or more roles by checking the checkbox next to their name using the drop-down menu.
- Specific Branches: Select one or more branches by checking the checkbox next to their name using the drop-down menu.
- Create Invoices: Assign the create invoice permission by selection using the drop-down menu; assigned “Everyone” by default.
- Specific Staff Members: Select one or more staff members by checking the checkbox next to their name using the drop-down menu.
- Specific Roles: Select one or more roles by checking the checkbox next to their name using the drop-down menu.
- Specific Branches: Select one or more branches by checking the checkbox next to their name using the drop-down menu.
- Update Stock: Assign the update stock permission by selection using the drop-down menu; assigned “Everyone” by default.
- Specific Staff Members: Select one or more staff members by checking the checkbox next to their name using the drop-down menu.
- Specific Roles: Select one or more roles by checking the checkbox next to their name using the drop-down menu.
- Specific Branches: Select one or more branches by checking the checkbox next to their name using the drop-down menu.
- View: Assign the View warehouse permission by selection using the drop-down menu; assigned “Everyone” by default.
- Click “Save“.
