To customize client follow-up statuses
- Select “Clients” from the navigation menu.
- Select “Client Settings“.
- Click the card “Client Follow Up Statuses“.
- Adjust the statuses as required.
- Edit the default client follow-up statuses “Name” or “Color” as required.
- Click the button “Add new status” to add a new custom status.
- Click the button “Delete” in case you wish to delete an existing status.
- Click “Save“.
