To edit or customize the actions list of the appointments
- Select “Sales” from the navigation menu.
- Click “Manage Invoices”.
- Select the invoice you wish to schedule an appointment from.
- Click the button “More Options”.
- Click “Schedule Appointment” using the drop-down menu.
- Click the field “Actions”.
- Click “Edit Actions List” using the drop-down menu.
- Edit existing actions using the pop-up window.
- Click the button “Add New Action” to add a new line to the “Actions” list.
- Click the button “Delete” to delete an action.
- Click the button “Delete” to delete an action.
- Click Save.
- Proceed with the appointment’s details following the detailed tutorial “Scheduling an Appointment” as needed.
