To Send A Refund Receipt To A Client Via Email
- Select “Sales” from the navigation menu.
- Select “Refund Receipts“.
- Click the refund receipt you wish to email.
- Click the button “Email to Client“.
- Add the client’s email in the “To” field, or find it automatically added in case the client has a saved email address in the CRM database.
- Note that you can add more than one recipient.
- Edit the email “Subject” and “Body” as needed using the “Placeholders” list.
- Attach documents in “Attachments” as needed.
- The checkbox “Attach Refund Receipt” is checked by default.
- Click the button “Send“.
