How to create an expense layout
- Click on “Templates” from the main dashboard.
- Click on “Printable Layouts”.
- Click on “Expenses”.
- Click on “Add Template” at the top right of the page.
- Begin designing the template with the aid of the designing tools on the page.
- Click on “Print Preview” at the top right of the page to print a preview of the template.
- Click on “Preview” at the bottom left of the page to preview the template only.
- Click on “Save” at the bottom right of the page once you finish designing your template.
How to view an expense layouts?
- Click on “Finance” from the main dashboard.
- Click on “Expenses”.
- Click on the required Expense. <Screen shows sufficient expense details>
- Click on “voucher” to show the layout of the expense with needed tools:
- Print: this is to print the Expense.
- PDF: this is to download the Expense with PDF format.
- Send Email: this is to email with the expense attached.
