To generate a new Sales Period
*Generating a Sales Period lets you view the sales commissions transactions done during a certain duration you set, a progress bar showing the status of the sales target; Achieved or Not Achieved, the total commission earned, and lets you approve the Sales Commission to be reflected in the employee’s salary, or reject it.
- Select “Sales Target & Commissions” from the navigation menu.
- Select “Sales Periods“.
- Click the button “New Sales Period“.
- Input the Sales Period information
- Date (From): Select the starting date of the Sales Period using the calendar icon.
- Date (To): Select the end date of the Sales Period using the calendar icon.
- Select the Sales Period per either “Rule Selection” or “Employees Selection” using the radio button.
Note that selecting one will disable the other.- Rule Selection:
- Branch: Select the branch from the drop-down menu. The default is “All Branches”.
- Department: Select the department from the drop-down menu. The default is “All Departments”.
- Designation: Select the designation from the drop-down menu. The default is “All Designations”.
- Commission Rule: Select the commission rule from the drop-down menu. The default is “All Commission Rules”.
- Employees Selection:
- Select Employees by typing the first letter of their name. You can select more than one employee.
- Rule Selection:
- Click “Save” once done.
