How to import expenses details to the account
- Click on “Finance” from the main dashboard.
- Click on “Expenses”.
- Click on the “Import” button at the right of the page.
- Click on the “Choose File” button to upload the file with the supported formats on the system.
- Click on the “Delimiters” drop-down menu and select the required delimiter as below:
- Comma Separated
- Semi Column Separated
- Tab-Delimited
- Tick “Import First Row”. <Please hover over the question mark for more info>
- Click on “Next Step”
- Adjust each column in the file to be the same as the columns inside the system.
- Click on “Import”.
- The system will display a clear list of the imported details and rejected records with the cause.
