To manage general invoice/ estimate settings
- Select “Sales” from the navigation menu.
- Select “Sales Settings”.
- Click the card “General Invoice/Estimate Settings”.
- Set the invoice/estimate details as required
- Next Invoice Number: displays the automatically generated next invoice number (Serial or ID); edit disabled by default.
- “Enable Changing Invoice Number For Each Invoice” Checkbox: Check to change the invoice number automatically.

- Invoicing Method: Select the invoice issuing method using the drop-down menu from
- Print (Hard Copy): to print the invoice offline.
- Electronically via Email: to send the invoice to clients online, via email.
- Both: to apply both of the previous two methods.
- Discount Option: Select the discount option as required using the drop-down menu from
- Total Discount: to apply a discount on the total invoice amount.
- Item Discount: to apply an inline discount on the invoice items separately.
- Both: to apply both of the previous two methods.
- Zero Fraction Appearing: Select the action of showing Zero Fractions using the drop-down menu from
- Show Always: to always show Zero Fractions (e.g. $150.00).
- Hide Always: to always hide Zero Fraction (e.g. $150).
- Auto: The system shows or hides Zero Fraction as per the way you input values in the invoice (e.g. $150.50).
- “Disable Invoice Items Edit” Checkbox: Check to prevent the invoice creator from inputting the invoice items manually.
- “Disable Estimates Module” Checkbox: Check to disable using the “Estimates” Sales sub-module.
- “Enable Invoice Manual Statuses” Checkbox: Check to add and customize manually created invoice statuses.

- “Enable Estimate Manual Statuses” Checkbox: Check to add and customize manually created estimate statuses.
- “Disable Shipping Options” Checkbox: Check to disable shipping options.
- “Enable Maximum Discount” Checkbox: Check to allow a discount limit on the total amount of the invoice.
- Admin Maximum Discount: Input the maximum discount allowed for the system admin.

- Admin Maximum Discount: Input the maximum discount allowed for the system admin.
- “Mark Invoices As Already Paid By Default” Checkbox: Check to automatically mark all invoices as paid.
- “Auto Pay Invoices if the Client has Available Credit” Checkbox: Check to automatically pay the issued invoices when the client has sufficient credit on the account.
- Note that the invoices are automatically paid sequentially according to the invoice issue date from oldest to latest.
- “Select Price List in Invoices” Checkbox: Check to enable viewing and selecting price lists in invoices.
- “Send Invoices and Estimates via WhatsApp” Checkbox: Check to enable sending an invoice or estimate to a client via WhatsApp.
- “Display the Invoice Profit” Checkbox: Check to enable displaying the profit achieved per item for each invoice.

- “Custom Journal Description” Checkbox: Check to customize the invoice journal description in Accounting by adding your own text and placeholders referring to the “Full Variables Guide“.
- Click “Save”.
