Sales
To create an invoice for products with units
- Select “Sales” from the navigation menu.
- Select “Manage Invoices“.
- Click the button “Create Invoice” to create a new one or select an existing invoice to edit.
- For more information, please refer to the tutorial “Creating an Invoice” or “Editing an Invoice” accordingly.
- Input the invoice item’s details
- Item: Select the product with the unit of measurement using the drop-down menu.
- Quantity: Input the quantity of the invoiced item to be sold and select the unit of measurement factor using the drop-down menu.
- The measurement units factors are set according to the unit template created.
- For more information, please refer to the tutorial “Managing Products’ Unit Templates“.
- Note that the “Price” is calculated automatically based on the “Sell” Price specified per selling unit in the product’s file.
- For more information, please refer to the “Setting Measurement Units in a Product’s File“.
- The measurement units factors are set according to the unit template created.
- Proceed with the invoice creation as reqired.
- Save the invoice following the tutorial “Previewing and Saving an Invoice“.
