To make a request as an HR user/ owner of the system
- Select “Requests” from the navigation menu.
- Select “Manage Requests“.
- Select the card with the request type needed.
- Request Types are pre-set, for more information, please refer to the tutorial “Adding a Request Type“.
- Click the button “New Request“.
- Input the Request Information
- Employee: Select the employee making the request from the drop-down menu by typing the first letter of their name.
- Date of Application: Select the application date using the calendar icon.
- Execution Date: Select the date the execution of the request will take place.
- Description: Add a description or related notes of the request.
- Attachments: Upload or drag and drop file(s) to add related attachment(s).
- Click “Save” once done.
- You will find the request with the status “Pending” until it’s approved or rejected.
To make a request as an employee/ user
- Select “Requests” from the navigation menu.
- Select “Manage Requests“.
- Select the card with the request type needed.
- Click the button “New Request“.
- Input the Request Information
- Date of Application: Select the application date using the calendar icon.
- Execution Date: Select the date the execution of the request will take place.
- Description: Add a description or related notes of the request.
- Attachments: Upload or drag and drop file(s) to add related attachment(s).
- Click “Save” once done.
- You will find the request with the status “Pending”, until it’s approved or rejected.
