About Booking Shifts
Assigning a staff member a booking shift is necessary in order to avail the employee’s working hours when a client books a service.
Note that in case the staff member is not assigned a booking shift, you will not be able to book their slots for clients’ services.

To manage employees shifts for booking availability
- Select “Employees” from the navigation menu.
- Select “Manage Employees“.
- Add a a new staff member or edit an existing one as required.
- For more information, please refer to the tutorials “Adding a new Employee” or “Editing an Employee” as required.
- Input the staff member’s “Booking Shift” under “Work Information“.
- Select the “Booking Shift” to be assigned.
- Note that you can assign the staff member more than one shift.

- Click “Save“.
