Managing Outbound Stock Transactions of Products with Lot Number Tracking

Detracting Warehouse Stock

Taking stock out from a warehouse for products with lot number tracking can be performed using two ways

Select “Inventory” from the navigation menu.
Select “Manage Requisitions“.
Click the button “Add“.
Select “Manual Outbound” using the drop-down menu.
Select the product with lot number tracking using the drop-down menu under “Items“.
Select the product’s “Lot Number” you wish to disperse using the drop-down menu.
Input the product’s quantity under “Quantity“.
Click “Confirm“.

Select “Sales” from the navigation menu.
Select “Create Invoice“.
Input the invoice details following the detailed tutorial “Creating an Invoice“.
Select the product with lot number tracking using the drop-down menu under “Items“.
Select the product’s “Lot Number” that you wish to destock.
Input the product’s quantity under “Quantity“.
- In case you wish to take out more than one lot number of the same item, reselect the item in a new item row and select the required lot number.
Proceed with the invoice creation.
Save the invoice following the detailed tutorial “Previewing and Saving an Invoice“.
