About Loyalty Point-Discount Conversion
Clients can redeem their Loyalty Points when they make a purchase and the invoice amount’s minimum set in the “Loyalty Rule” is achieved.
Using the Loyalty Point Settings, you can manage how many clients’ earned loyalty points get translated to how much discount amount applied in an invoice.
Setting the Loyalty Point Conversion
- Select “Loyalty Points” from the navigation menu.
- Select “Settings“.
- Input the required settings
- Client Loyalty Credit Type: Selected as “Client Loyalty” by default.
- Conversion Factor: Input an amount in your base currency that the client will get a discount with for each 1 earned Loyalty Point. (i.e. in case you input $10, the client will get a $10 discount for each 1 Loyalty Point when they redeem it in an invoice)
- Click “Save“.
