About "Price Bulk Update"
Bulk Update lets you apply updates to products’ price whether it’s an increase or a decrease in price without having to update the same price change to each product individually.
Price Bulk update is applied to:
- Primary selling price of products of:
- All products.
- Products in a certain or multiple categories
- Products in a certain or multiple brands.
- Products in a certain price list.
Bulk Update in Primary Selling Price
- Select “Inventory” from the navigation menu.
- Select “Price List“.
- Click the button “Bulk Update“.
- Input the Bulk Update Criteria
- Type: Select “Primary Sell Price” using the radio button.
- Category: Select the category you wish to apply the price bulk update to using the drop-down menu.
- Note that you can select none, one or more than one category.

- Brand: Select the brand you wish to apply the price bulk update to using the drop-down menu.
- Note that you can select none, one or more than one brand.
- Rate: Select the rate you wish to change the prices to from either “Amount” or “Percent“.
- Amount: In case of selection, input a positive amount to apply an increase in price, or a negative amount to apply a decrease in price.
- Percent: In case of selection, input a positive number and determine the percent type from the drop-down menu: select “increase” or “decrease“.
- Click “Save“.
- You’ll be directed to a “Confirmation” page that lists all the products you wish to apply the bulk update to, their Old Price and New Price.
- Click “Confirm” to apply the update or “Cancel” to cancel the changes.
- You’ll be directed to a “Confirmation” page that lists all the products you wish to apply the bulk update to, their Old Price and New Price.
*Note that in case you don’t specify a category/ brand, the bulk update in prices will be applied on all products.
Bulk Update in Price Lists
- Select “Inventory” from the navigation menu.
- Select “Price List“.
- Click the button “Bulk Update“.
- Input the Bulk Update Criteria
- Type: Select “Price List” using the radio button.
- Select the Price List you wish to apply the price bulk to using the drop-down menu.

- Select the Price List you wish to apply the price bulk to using the drop-down menu.
- Category: Select the category you wish to apply the price bulk update to using the drop-down menu.
