How to adjust the requisition journal settings?
- Click on “Finance” from the main dashboard.
- Click on “Accounting Settings”.
- Click on “Requisition Journal Settings”.
- Choose the required accounts for the requisitions as below:
- : Choose the account that represents the debtor side in the requisition journal addition and the default account that represents other debtors.
- : Choose the account that represents the creditor in the requisition journal addition and the default account that represents other creditors.
- : Choose the account that represents the debtor side to adjust the deficit in the inventory and the default account is “Sales Cost”.
- : Choose the account that represents the creditor side to adjust the increase in the inventory and the default account is the “Sales Cost”.
- Click on “Save”.
