To send an email to a client from their file
- Select “Clients” from the navigation menu.
- Select “Manage Clients”.
- Select the Client’s file you wish to send an email to.
- Click the button “Send Email“.
- Add the client’s email in the “To” field, or find it automatically added in case the client has a saved email address in the CRM database.
- Note that you can add more than one recipient.
- Edit the email “Subject” and “Body” as needed using the “Placeholders” list.
- Attach documents in “Attachments” as needed.
- Click the button “Send“.
