Prerequisites
- Make sure that the “SMS” app is enabled in “Global” from “Apps Manager“.

- Make sure that your account is linked to one of the SMS providers’ integrations.
- For more information, please refer to the tutorial “SMS Settings “.
- Make sure that the client’s telephone/mobile number has been added to the client’s profile (For the ‘Send SMS’ button to display).
- For more information, please refer to “Adding a Client” or “Editing a Client’s File” accordingly.
To send an SMS to a client from their file
- Select “Clients” from the navigation menu.
- Select “Manage Clients”.
- Select the Client’s file you wish to message.
- Click the button “Send SMS“.
- Input the SMS details
- Template: Select from pre-created SMS templates using the drop-down menu.
- For more information on creating templates, please refer to the previous section.
- To: Input the client’s number including the country code.
- Note that the number is auto-filled in case it was saved in the client’s profile.
- For more information, please refer to the tutorial “Adding a Client” or “Editing a Client’s profile” as needed.

- Body: Input the SMS content or make edits to the existing selected template.
- Use the drop-down “Placeholders” to call fields into the SMS Body as needed.
- Template: Select from pre-created SMS templates using the drop-down menu.
- Click “Send“.
