Prerequisites
- Make sure the “WhatsApp” application is installed on the device you are currently using to send the estimate.
- Activate the “Send Invoices and Estimates via WhatsApp” Setting in “Sales Settings“.
- For more information, please refer to the tutorial “General Invoice/ Estimate Settings“.
- Make sure the client you are sending the estimate to has a “Mobile” number stored in their profile on the system.
- For more information, please refer to the tutorials “Adding a Client” or “Editing a Client” to add the client’s “Mobile” number in their details.
To Send An Estimate To A Client Via WhatsApp
- Select “Sales” from the navigation menu.
- Click “Estimates“.
- Select the estimate you wish to send.
- Click the button “Send Via WhatsApp“.
- The system redirects you to the WhatsApp application with the “Estimate Link” added as a message to the selected client.
- Click the Send icon on WhatsApp.
- Note that the “Send Via WhatsApp” button will not be displayed in case the client being sent the invoice does not have a “Mobile” number stored in their profile.

- Click the Send icon on WhatsApp.
- The system redirects you to the WhatsApp application with the “Estimate Link” added as a message to the selected client.
