To set a product's multiple barcodes according to its different units
- Select “Inventory” from the navigation menu.
- Select “Products and Services“.
- Add a new product with the unit system or edit an existing one following the tutorial “Adding a Product” or “Editing a Product” as required.
- Click “Multiple” next to “Barcode” under the “Item Details“.
- Input the “Product Item Barcodes” as required.
- Unit Factor: Select the unit factor using the drop-down menu.
- Barcode: Input the product’s unit barcode.
- Quantity: Input the product’s quantity based on the selected unit factor.
- Selling Price Per Unit: Input the selling price for the whole quantity based on the selected factor.
- Proceed with the product’s data entry.
- Click “Save” to save the the new product or “Update” to save your edits accordingly.
