Prerequisites
“Lowest Retail Price” in Inventory has to be activated in order to be applied on either a product, service or bundle item and display automatically when the item is used in an invoice.
To activate this feature, check the checkbox “Advances Pricing Options” in Inventory Settings from Inventory > Inventory Settings > General.

To add a lowest retail price to a product
- Select “Inventory” from the navigation menu.
- Select “Products & Services“.
- Add a new product or edit an existing one as required.
- For more information, please refer to “Adding a Product” or “Editing a Product“.
- Input the “Minimum Price” details in the item’s “Pricing Details“.
- Add the “Minimum Price” amount to set up your desired lowest retail price.
- Note that the lowest retail price includes the tax set on the product/ service.
- Add the “Minimum Price” amount to set up your desired lowest retail price.
- Proceed with the item’s data entry or editing as required.
- Click “Save” to save the new item or “Update” to save your edits.
