To set a product or a service's price in multiple price lists
- Select “Inventory” from the navigation menu.
- Select “Products & Services“.
- Add a new product or edit an existing one as required.
- For more information, please refer to “Adding a Product” or “Editing a Product“.
- Input the “Price Lists” details in the item’s “Pricing Details“.
- Click the button “New Price List“.
- Select the required Price List from the list of pre-added price lists using the drop-down menu.
- Note that you need to have already created a price list for the option to appear. For more information about adding price lists, please refer to the tutorial “Adding a Price List“.
- Input the desired item’s Price for this specific price list.
- To set another price in another price list, click the button “New Price List” and repeat the previous steps.
- Proceed with the item’s data entry or editing as required.
- Click “Save” to save the new item or “Update” to save your edits.
