To view a session's summary and information
- Select “POS” from the navigation menu.
- Click “POS Sessions“.
- Click the bottom arrow at the end of the row of the currently open session you wish to view.
- Click “View” from the drop-down menu.
- The system views a summary of the session.
- Switch between the different tabs to display a session’s
- Summary: to view a session’s summary including the sales transactions and payment methods used.
- Cash Movements: to view a session’s cash in and cash out details.
- Invoices: to view clients’ purchases and invoice details.
- Refunds: to view a session’s refunds in case there were any.
- Client Payments: to view clients’ payments and their statuses.
- Activity Logs: to view detailed activity logs including date and time, actions performed and responsible staff members.
- Note that different action buttons are available depending on the time of display of the session and its status
- Click the button “Sales Screen” to continue selling during an open session.
- Click the button “Close Session” to close an open session.
- Click the button “Re-open Session” to reopen a closed session.
- Click the button “Validate Session” to validate the cash of a closed session.
- Click the button “Unvalidate Session” to unvalidate a previosuly validated session.
- Note that different action buttons are available depending on the time of display of the session and its status
