This feature allows you to access all the payment transactions made by your clients, displaying client information and payment details.
How to View a Payment List
- Click on “Sales” from the main menu.
- Click on “Client Payments”.
- Select the checkbox at the top of the page to select the entire payment list and choose from the following options:
- All (Current Page): Select all payments on the current page.
- All Filtered (All Pages): Select all payments on all pages.
- View the “Actions” list to apply various quick actions to the selected payment list.
- Delete Deletes all selected payments from the list.
- You can navigate between pages of the payment list by clicking the (<) and (>) buttons.
- You can search within the list using “Invoice Number” and “Client Name”.
- Click on the “Advanced Search” button to display more filtering options.
