What File Types and Sizes Are Supported for Uploading Expenses with AI?

The Quick Expense Scanner app supports uploading expense files in the following formats: JPG, PNG, PDF, and XLSX. You can either take a photo of the invoice directly using the camera, select an image from your device gallery, or upload a PDF or Excel file from your device.

  • The maximum file size is 10 MB per file.
  • You can upload up to 100 files in a single batch.

Note: Invalid or corrupted files are automatically rejected with a clear error message, and duplicate files are detected and skipped. Files rejected during validation do not consume AI Coins.
