1. From the main menu, click on “Points & Credits“.
2. Click on “Manage Credit Charges“.
3. Click on the credit charge you wish to suspend.
4. Click the “Suspend” button located at the top of the credit charge data.
   • Note: If the credit charge is in the “Suspended” state or you wish to cancel the suspending, follow the same steps until you reach the “Undo Suspension” button located at the top of the credit charge data, then click on it.
