To assign or edit a client's status through their file
- Select “Clients” from the navigation menu.
- Select “Manage Clients”.
- Select the Client’s file you wish to assign a status to.
- Click “Select Status“.
- Select the required client’s status using the drop-down menu of pre-set statuses.
- Note that you can customize your own client statuses when you select “Edit Statuses List for Clients” using the same drop-down menu.
