Assigning POS Services to Users

You can restrict certain services to specific system users among your employees, so that only the specialized users appear when assigning the employee to the service at the POS. We will review the steps in this guide.

Ensure Enabling the following Options

To benefit from the beauty salon settings, ensure the following:

  • Your account on should be a beauty centers and women’s salons account.
  • Activate the option for assigning an employee to each service by clicking on “Sales Settings” from the “Sales” dropdown in the main menu, then clicking on “General Invoice and Estimate Settings,” enabling this feature, and clicking the “Save” button.

  • To activate the booking application, navigate to “App Manager” from the “Settings” dropdown in the main menu, enable the “Booking Management” application, and then save.

How to Control Service Assignment to Users

From the main menu click on “Sales” then from the dropdown menu click on “Sales Settings“.

Click on the “Assign Services To Employees” tab.

Select the service from the main list, then choose the user you want to assign to it.

Of course, you can choose one or more users for each service.

You can add more services to assign users to by clicking the “+Add” button.

Go to the POS screen and select the service for which we assigned the user. You will find that only the assigned user appears for selection.

When selecting a user from the list, you will see all system users and employees. Be sure to select a user, not an employee.

To understand the difference between an employee and a user, refer to this guide.

The user’s role must be set as “User” for them to appear in the POS. For more information on user roles, refer to this guide.
