To adjust Booking Settings
- Select “Bookings” from the navigation menu.
- Click “Manage Booking Settings“.
- Adjust Booking Settings as required
- Booking Time Divider: Input a value in minutes to represent the time difference between bookings within the employee’s shift.
- “Assign service to employee” Checkbox: Check in case you wish to assign certain services to certain employees.

- “Book Only One Service” Checkbox: Check to make the system convert the booking program to only one service booking.
- Note that this checkbox is ticked by default in case you have ticked the previous setting.
- “Booking Client Payment“: Set online client payment for bookings as required using the drop-down menu.
- Disabled: Select to disable client online payment.
- Enabled: Select to enable client online payment so that the client is required to pay the booking invoice to finalize the booking.
- Optional: Select to enable client online payment for the booking invoice with the ability for the client to skip the payment screen and complete the booking.
- Note that viewing bookings and client payments need to be enabled in Client Permissions firstly.
