Why doesn’t the “Client is a Government Entity” option appear?
The Client is a Government Entity option appears in the add and edit client form, below the client details and above the VAT Number and C.R / Unified Number fields. If the option doesn’t appear, check the following causes:
| Cause | Solution |

| The client type is Individual. | Choose the client type Business, because the option appears for Business clients only. When you switch to Individual, the option disappears and is unchecked. |
| The Client Type setting is Individual Only, so the Business type doesn’t appear in the form. | From Clients Settings, choose Business Only or Both Individual and Business, then save. |
| The KSA Electronic Invoice app isn’t enabled. | Enable the app from Apps Manager. |
| The account isn’t registered in Saudi Arabia. | The option is available for Saudi accounts only. |

Note: When you check the option, the C.R / Unified Number field is renamed to Contract / Reg No / License No., and both fields become optional.
