Adding an Invoice to a Reservation Order

In many cases, a reservation order is not limited to providing only the unit to be booked or rented, but additional services or products are also offered alongside it. Hence, Enerpize has provided you with a feature to add an invoice to the reservation order, apart from the primary reservation order invoice.

 

How to add an Invoice to a Reservation Order

  • Select “Rental and Unit Management” from the main menu.
  • Choose “Reservation Orders“.
  • Click on the actions button to the right of the reservation order to which you want to add an invoice.
  • Select “View“.
  • Press the “Add Invoice” button located within the actions at the top of the reservation order details.
