To set up general time tracking settings
- From the navigation menu, select “Time Tracking“.
- Select “Time Tracking Settings“.
- Click the card “General“.
- Adjust settings
- “Calculate entered time records in Expenses report, Profit & loss report and other financial reports” Checkbox: Check this checkbox in case you wish to include the fees of each staff member with a project entry, based on their hourly rate, in the expenses, profit and loss and financial reports.
- “First Day of the Week“: Select the day you wish to start the week with to be viewed in the calendar based on your/country preference using the drop-down menu.
- “Admin Hourly Rate“: Input the admin hourly rate.
- Click “Save” once done.
