How to add Notes/ Attachments to Purchase Quotations
- Click on “Purchases” from the main menu.
- Click on “Purchase Quotations”.
- Click on the quotation for which you want to add notes or attachments.
- Click on the “Add Note & Attachments” button.
- Fill in the required fields:
- Date: The date on which the file was attached.
- Status: Choose the status of the attachments.
- To set the invoice statuses, activate “Manual Invoice Statuses”.
- To modify the list of invoice statuses, see the guide on “Editing the Status List”.
- Action: Choose the executed action.
- Note: Write the desired notes and adjust the format.
- Attachments: Click on “Choose from your computer”.
- Select the file.
- Click on the “Open” button.
- Click on the “Save” button.
