Changing the Status of the Booking
Note: Before starting, ensure that you have activated the Booking Management app in your account.
Steps to change the Reservation/ Booking Status
- From the main menu, click on “Bookings”.
 - Select “Manage Bookings” from the menu.
 - Click on the reservation you want to change its status.
 - Click on the status button.
 - Choose one of the reservation statuses:
- Confirmed.
 - Pending.
 - Invoiced.
 - Cancelled.
 - Done.
