General Time Tracking Settings
Note: Before starting, ensure you’ve activated the Time Tracking app in your account.
Setting up the General Time Tracking Settings
- From the main menu, click on “Time Tracking“.
- Click on “Time Tracking Settings“.
- Click on the “General” card.
- Adjust the following settings as needed:
- Calculate entered time records in Expenses report, Profit & loss report and other financial reports: Check this box to account for the total fees of each time record in expenses, profit & loss, and financial reports, based on the hourly rate for each employee.
- First Day of Week: Select the start of the work week from the dropdown menu as required.
- Admin Hourly Rate: Enter the hourly rate for the admin.
- Click on the “Save” button.
