Routing the Sales Accounts

Enerpize system allows you to choose between two types of sales account routing, either Automatic Routing, where all financial transactions are directed towards the sales account automatically created by the system or Specify per each, where you can direct the transactions of each cash register separately to a dedicated account.

Steps to route the Client Account

  1. Click on “Accounting” from the main menu.
  2. Click on “Accounting Settings”.
  3. Click on the card titled “Accounts Routing”.
  4. Click on “Sales” from the menu on the left.
  5. Select the “Routing Type” for “Clients” and choose between:
    • Automatic Routing: The system will automatically direct the client’s account to “Clients Accounts” in “Chart of Accounts”.
      • Note: If you choose “Automatic Routing”, you can replace the account to which clients accounts are automatically routed and change the system’s default selection.
    • Specify per each: The system allows you to manually select the sub-account within the client’s profile, directing any transactions to the specified sub-account instead of the default client account. For more details, refer to the guide on Adding a New Client.
      • Note: You can choose a sub-account from the existing accounts in the account tree, or create a new sub-account within the tree according to your accounting system.
  6. Click the “Save” button.

      • Note: You can choose a sub-account from within the accounts present in the account tree, or create a new sub-account within the tree according to your accounting system.
