Viewing the Invoice Items per Day

This setting allows you to choose between two options:

• The first: Divide the rental period into days, treating each day as an item on the invoice. So, if the reservation/rental duration is ten days, the system will display ten items on the invoice, one item for each day.
• The second: The system only displays the total booking/rental duration, treating it as a single item with the total cost of the reservation duration.

 

Note: Before starting, make sure to activate the Rentals and Units app in your account.

Steps to set up the Invoice Items Display per Day

• Select “Rental and Unit Management” from the main menu.
• Select “Settings“.
• Click on the card “General Settings“.
• Activate the option “Display the invoice Items per day” or deactivate it based on your preference.
