Setting up the SMTP Settings for Gmail emails

What is the SMTP?

By default, the system sends emails on behalf of its users through the email address “maildelivery@enerpize.com” to ensure messages are successfully delivered to clients without being bounced back or rejected by the email server.

If you prefer to use your own email address as the sender and receiver for all messages, instead of sending through maildelivery@enerpize.com, you need to configure the SMTP settings on your account.

  • Gmail typically blocks or rejects any connection from an unverified SMTP protocol. Therefore, you must authenticate our service platforms with your Gmail address in order to activate the communication system within the software.
