To view and manage your account's payment gateways
- From “Settings” in the menu on the left, go to “Payment Options“.
- You will view a list of the Enerpize’s Payment Gateway integrations where you have the option to: Activate, Deactivate or Set as Default.
- With each Payment Gateway, you get three radio buttons:
- Active: Payment gateways set as “Active” appear in each payment or collection screen, the system asks you to select your desired payment method.
- Inactive: You can opt to deactivate a certain payment gateway, that doesn’t mean it will be deleted from the list, you can always go back and change its status.
- Default: Setting a payment gateway as a default means this is the one that will be chosen by default in case you did not select your payment method.

- Disabled for Online Clients
– Ticking this checkbox will disable clients from paying using this payment gateway online.
– Unchecking it means it is enabled and will let you fill in “Instructions” for the client to fulfill the payment, hover over the tooltip next to it to learn more. - Treasury
– From a drop-down menu, you can select the treasury or account you would like to be attached to the payment gateway to deposit in or withdraw from. The default is set to “None”. - Calculate Payment Fees
-Ticking this checkbox will make an additional payment fee to be calculated. You can set a “Fixed Rate” or a “Percentage Rate” and set the “Minimum Amount” for either of the two rates.

- Once you’ve configured your desired Payment Settings, click “Save” at the bottom right.
