Logging In with Your Email Without the Subdomain

You can log in to your account using only your email, without needing to know your account’s subdomain (the part before the domain in your account link, such as mycompany). The system finds the accounts linked to your email and directs you to your account’s login page.

Steps to log in

  1. Open the system’s login page.
  2. In Sign in with your email, enter your Email Address, then click Continue.
  3. The accounts linked to your email appear; choose the account you want to log in to.
  4. You move to that account’s login page with your email already filled in. Enter the Password for this account, then log in.
🛈

Note: Each account has its own password. If you work on more than one account, use the password of the account you chose.

Accounts linked to your email

After you enter your email, these accounts appear:

  • Accounts where your email is the account owner’s email.
  • Accounts where you’re an employee with the same email, your status is Active, and access to the system is enabled for you.

Each account shows the business name and logo, ordered from the most recently used.

Notes

  • You can still log in directly from your usual account link.
  • Unified login is for the owner and employees. Clients log in from the account link of the business they deal with.
