How do I find my subscription renewal date?

You can find your subscription renewal date on the Account Information page, which shows when your current plan expires.

Find your subscription expiry date

1. From the main menu, click Settings, then Account Information.
2. In the plan section, you’ll see Account Plan (your current plan’s name) and Expires on followed by your subscription’s expiry date.
3. Renew before this date by clicking Renew Plan next to it.

Expiry reminder

During the last 7 days before your subscription expires, a notice appears in the side menu: Will Expire in [number of days] days, then Will Expire Tomorrow, then Will Expire Today, with a Renew Now link. After the subscription expires, Expired appears.

Notes

• The Account Information page is available to the account owner and to users with the Edit General Settings or View Account Information permission.
• From the same page, you can also Upgrade Plan and track your plan usage.
• After your subscription expires, some features stop working until you renew, so it’s best to renew before the expiry date.
