- From the main menu, click on “Inventory”.
- Select from the list “Manage Stocktakings”.
- Click on the button “New” at the top right corner.
- Set up the stocktaking sheet data:
- Warehouse: Select the warehouse you want to stock take.
- Number: It’s a serial number that distinguishes the stocktaking sheet. You can change this number and control its format through the Serial Number Settings in the account.
- Date: Set the date for the stocktaking process.
- Notes: Write any notes related to the stocktaking process if any.
- Click on the button “Do Stocktaking”.
- Add the products to the stocktaking list. For more details, see the guide “Adding a Stocktaking Sheet“.
- Click on the “Export” button to start exporting the products listed in the stocktaking sheet.
- The system will open a new window containing export options.
- Click on the checkboxes next to the fields you want to export.
- Note: All fields are automatically selected by the system. To unselect them all, click on “Unselect All” located at the top right of the screen.
- Click on the “Export” button.
- The system will download a CSV file containing the selected fields.
